Day 1

Cape Town

After your arrival at Cape Town International Airport, we head to Signal Hill, which is a short drive from the city centre. Signal Hill offers a stunning view of the city, the ocean and the historic Robben island. Take in this breathtaking view while enjoying a glass of good Cap Classique (South African sparkling wine) to toast the beginning of your adventure followed by city sightseeing, We will then check in at our hotel. Dinner at Gold Restaurant, a great place to experience traditional South African flavours and enjoy some cultural performances.

Day 2

Cape Town

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast at the hotel. Setting the tone for what's to come. Visit the Oranjezicht food and lifestyle Market. Lunch will be at your own leisure. The afternoon is all yours. Explore through gin tasting at Pienaar & Son, which is a unique craft distillery situated in Cape Town's Silo District, overlooking the harbor. They are dedicated to crafting high-quality, contemporary spirits that blend science and art, focusing on starting traditions rather than conforming to existing ones. Dinner can be enjoyed at Between us restaurant.

Day 3

Cape Town

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast at the hotel. Immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Bo-Kaap with a cooking experience, Enjoy lunch at the cooking experience. Head to Honest Chocolates for chocolate tasting. This charming establishment is renowned for its commitment to quality in every delectable creation. With ethically sourced, high-quality cocoa beans, ensuring a delectable treat that not only delights the taste buds but also supports sustainable practices. Afternoon city walking tour. Cape Town

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast at the hotel, then head on a guided Cape peninsula tour at the Cape of goodhope, which stands as an iconic and breathtaking natural landmark. Part of the Table Mountain National Park, this rugged promontory juts out into the Atlantic Ocean, offering awe-inspiring views and a sense of maritime mystique. Before visiting the penguin colony at Boulders beach, you will savor a delicious lunch at the Black Marlin restaurant. Enjoy dinner at The Potluck Club restaurant this evening.

Day 5

Cape Town

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast at your hotel. Embark on a journey to rediscover the flavors of local landscapes. From wild mushrooms to seaweeds, edible weeds to roots and shoots, each season offers its own delicious bounty. Guided by experienced foragers, you'll learn to identify and harvest these wild edibles, experiencing the changing tastes of nature firsthand then Charcuterie tasting of a unique selection of artisanal goods crafted on-site at Jewell's restaurant & Enjoy chocolate tasting. Enjoy dinner at Elgr restaurant owned by Swedish chef Jesper Nilsson.

Paternoster

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, you will check out and head to Paternoster. Stop in Darling to visit Darling sweets and try fudge tasting, thereafter cheese platter for lunch with beer tasting at Darling Brewery which is a haven for beer enthusiasts seeking a unique and locally crafted experience. With a commitment to sustainability and quality, Darling Brewery's offerings range from inventive and flavorful ales to lagers, each brewed with precision and passion. Check in at Gonana Guesthouse in Paternoster. Enjoy dinner at Gaaitjie restaurant.

Day 7

Paternoster

Start your day with a organic hot and cold breakfast buffet at the guesthouse. Then gear up for an eBike tour, exploring the scenic landscapes and attractions in the area. Enjoy winetasting and a cheese platter for lunch at the family owned Paternoster wine & tasting lounge. Enjoy the leisurely pace of the day with a relaxing time by the pool or a stroll along the pristine beaches. As the evening approaches, enjoy dinner at the delectable Noisy Oyster restaurant.

Day 8

Paternoster

Start your day with a organic hot and cold breakfast buffet at the guesthouse. Enjoy an early morning kayaking in Paternoster with an experienced guide with double sit on top Epic kayaks. All safety gear and paddles supplied. Trips are weather dependant. Enjoy beach

Stellenbosch

Start your day with a delicious organic hot and cold breakfast buffet at the guesthouse. Check out from the guesthouse and head to Stellenbosch. Have lunch at Greenhouse restaurant. This historic Cape Dutch farm, dating back to 1692, is renowned for its meticulous gardens, showcasing a diverse array of plants. The estate's commitment to organic farming and sustainability is reflected in its farm-to-fork approach, visit the on site museum whilst you are there. Check in at the manor. Enjoy dinner at the flavourful Post & Pepper restaurant.

Day 10

Stellenbosch

Start your day with a hot and cold breakfast. Head to the welcoming and well-informed tasting room at Rust en Vrede wine estate. The team leads daily tastings, providing insightful guidance. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Boschendal wine estate situated in the valley of the cape winelands, after lunch head for another flavourful wine and Cap classique tasting at the estate. Cap Classique is a delectable sparkling wine. Enjoy dinner at your own leisure this evening.

Day 11

Stellenbosch

Start your day with a delicious hot and cold breakfast at the manor. Today you are in for a real treat. The Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden is one of the most beautiful gardens around The Cape. Walking through the paths and viewing the sculptures puts you almost in another world if I can describe it like that. Enjoy a lunch and winetasting at Tokara Wine Estate. Where art, wine and locally sourced food collide, Tokara is on top of the Helshoogte Pass, presenting diners with breath-taking views over Stellenbosch’s vineyards. Take pleasure in having the afternoon at your own leisure. Enjoy your farewell dinner at the Volkskombuis.

Day 12

Stellenbosch to Cape Town

Start your day with a organic breakfast buffet at the manor. After breakfast you will check out and head out to Cape Town international airport for a flight to Sweden.
